Q: What quality standards do your cylinders meet?
Our manufacturing facility holds ISO 9001, ISO 45001 and ISO 14001 certification. All cylinders use seamless cold-drawn ST52 steel barrels (DIN 2391 / ASTM A519), chrome-plated piston rods ground to Ra ≤ 0.2µm, and are pressure-tested to 1.5× rated working pressure before despatch. Material test certificates are available on request.
Q: What is the minimum order quantity?
For standard catalogue boom cylinders, there is no minimum order. For custom-engineered cylinders, the minimum order quantity is 500 pieces. Sample orders for quality verification are available prior to bulk commitment — please contact our sales team to discuss your requirements.
